At Ipswitch, we strive to create easy-to-use applications that solve complex business problems. We take pride in our applications and we firmly believe in building strong relationships with our customers. The Ipswitch "Technical Preview Programs" are an example of this commitment. By closely involving our users in the development process, we aim to continuously improve our applications and add features based on feedback directly from our users.
The Ipswitch Technical Preview program allows select users to become an extension of the Ipswitch Research and Development Team. Participants are hand selected by each product team and invited to take part in many aspects of the software development lifecycle of each project. Technical Preview participants are invited to attend monthly demos where newly developed features are shown and discussed. Participants are given the latest versions of our software and are encouraged to "kick the tires" and give us feedback on the new features and enhancements. Participants can communicate directly with the development teams and product managers via a private web forum.
